Passionné par le premier Empire, j’ai rassemblé depuis de nombreuses années de nombreux ouvrages et documents sur cette période riche en couleur, en particulier sur la phaléristique et la noblesse d’empire.
Rapidement, j’ai ressentis le besoin de réunir, de compléter, et d’actualiser cette somme de connaissances.
En effet, la distribution ou la disponibilité de certains livres est encore très discrète et onéreuse.
Après réflexion et quelques années plus tard, j'ai donc décidé de contourner les difficultés de l'édition papier par la création d'un site Internet afin de vous faire partager ma passion.
La vulgarisation des informations n'en serait ainsi que plus grande, moderne et rapide.
Il me fallait donc passer à l’acte, chose faite.

Found of the First Empire, I’ve been gathering loads of information, articles and documents concerning this period of time for many years. And more especially I’ve gathered information about decoration and about the nobility of the Empire.
Fast enough I feel the urge to gather and complete and update these parts of knowledge.
The distribution and the access to some documents and books are quite discrete and very expensive. So after giving it a few thoughts I’ve decided to get round the difficulties of publishing in creating a website to share my passion on that matter.
That way it will be faster to share information. It will be faster in a more modern way.
